The purpose and mission of Vessel of Hope is to identify, promote and engage with candidates who are willing to work collectively to find solutions that help individuals create a better life for themselves and others. To that end, Vessel of Hope, as a Florida political committee, is empowered to accept contributions and to make expenditures to accomplish its purpose and mission.
